Return and Refund Policy

• Return window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. 
• Condition of items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. 
• Return process: 
  • Contact our customer service team at info@travelplusthrive.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  • Securely package the item with your RMA number and proof of purchase. 
  • Ship the package to 2120 Naegele Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80904 
• Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. 

Non-returnable items:   

• Opened or partially used skincare products 
• Products that are damaged due to misuse 
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion (unless otherwise stated) 

 Refunds:   

• Once  we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund  will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your  original payment method. 

 Important considerations:   

• For  hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have come into direct contact with skin, such as applicators or makeup tools.
